TIME Magazine is asking who should be the Person of the Year, and among its forty options is: Undocumented Immigrants.

That’s right, we (the undocumented population) have the chance to be named “Person of the Year” as a collective! What does it mean? It means that once again, the struggles of undocumented immigrants will be highlighted on a reputable publication - except that this time it won’t be just the cover, but rather a prestigious mention that has been awarded to John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., and other notable historical figures.

What better way to be “noticed”, right?
